A: Yes,sample order is also welcome,the lead time for samples is 5-10days.

A: Yes,the warranty is 10years for our powerwall and other battery packs, if any quality problems on our side in this period, we can send new one as replacement.

Q:Are yor battery with enough capacity?

A: All of our battery cells with Grade A,100% new and enough capacity. We will test each cell condition before assembling.

Q: What kind of certificates do you have?

A: We can provide CE,RoHS,FCC,IEC62133,MSDS,UN38.3 with bulk order.

Q:Do you have MOQ ?

A:No limited. Small order also welcome.Large quantity with better price.

Q: What is the lead time for mass production?
A: It depends on actual situation: If there are some in stock, the lead time will be 10~18 days. If there is no stock, that will depend on your order , 15-35 days would be enough.
